We operate two specialized factories for processing our product, each equipped with advanced machinery to ensure premium quality.
The Unprocessed Material Factory, covering 8,321 m², features essential equipment such as the Cocohusk Shredder and sieving machines, which play a crucial role in transforming raw coconut husks into high-quality output. This factory is managed by 23 skilled farmers and 2 supervisors who oversee the initial processing stages of cocopeat.
Meanwhile, the Finishing & Packing Factory, spanning 3,000 m², is equipped with Enerpat press machines and hydraulic presses to shape and compress cocopeat into coco-blocks. A dedicated team of 18 farmers and 1 supervisor ensures the careful packaging and final preparation of the products.
Both factories operate 15 hours a day to produce high-quality, that meets global standards.
